During my recent stay at Relais San Pietro over Easter, I found it to be a charming and comfortable spot, perfectly situated just a stone's throw from the Vatican Museums. The clean rooms, coupled with welcoming staff, set the stage for an enjoyable getaway in the heart of Rome. I particularly loved starting each day with a continental breakfast on the 3rd-floor balcony, soaking in the sun while indulging in fresh croissants and cakes—a delightful treat that fueled our early journeys through the city’s historical sites. While the room arrangement meant we were on the ground floor, our convenience was a pleasant surprise, especially when loading and unloading our gear. And speaking of relaxation, the hotel’s Wellness Cave is an oasis, boasting a Turkish bath and sauna—just what you need after a day of exploring! It's designed for couples, making it an excellent place for some quality time with my travel companions while unwinding with aromatic essences and soft candlelight. Relais San Pietro delivers an intimate experience, perfect for travelers like us looking to blend culture and comfort seamlessly.
